Our HOA decided to use The Glass Center for any sliding door replacements done on units in our 22-story condo building. Some of our tenants had been using fly-by-night outfits to get individual work done, but it was often done by handymen who did not know what the state requirements were, and who installed doors that were not up to code and not safe. David, who owns The Glass Center, was kind enough to talk to our HOA board about what the requirements were, and what a fair price was, and afterward we decided to only trust out business to him. The long and short of it: If you live in a condo and your neighbor tries to cut corners, it could mean disaster for YOU, too. Make sure whoever does your beach front installations knows the law, and knows their business. Thanks, David!
