Glass tabletops provide excellent protection for your furniture, and can be ordered in a variety of thicknesses, from ¼-inch  up to 1-inch thick. The most common thickness for protective tabletop glass ¼-inch. Thicker 3/8-inch glass can also be used on top of fine wood surfaces or used with a base to make a dining or coffee table.

You can choose a custom glass top with beveled edges, flat polish, or pencil polished edge treatments. Tops thicker than ¼-inch can have ogee edges and angled edge work, or a combination of several edge types.  There are several varieties of glass color to choose from, with the colors available partially dependent on the thickness of the glass.
